Hesser Handcrafted offers custom exotic and domestic wood veneer panels. With over 400,000 square ft. of inventory, we can cut, splice, press, and sand 4x8, 4x10, and 5x8 panels.

Using a Langzauner Veneer saw, the bundles are clipped with careful attention paid to removing defects and other natural flaws. All veneer is then spliced with a glue line splicer which helps control glue line expansion and contraction.

Each panel is pressed with the Joos hot press and then sanded. Architectural veneer matches are our specialty. Bookmatching, slipmatching, and endmatching require an inherent understanding of the materials at hand. Crotch, burl, and other rare and unique veneers are handled with expert care and precision, whether one sheet or a hundred are needed.
